Relatives, friends and other visitors are welcome. Residents are able to choose whom they see and do not see, and we facilitate a private room or clients own room for privacy, but if your visitors are travelling a long distance it would be an advantage for them to telephone or write prior to visiting to make sure that you are in residence. We ask that all visitors please sign the visitor’s book on arrival and departure to ensure that we know who is on the premises in the event of an emergency.

We would ask that our lunch time remains ‘protected’ from visitors, unless prior arrangements have been made. This is so that our residents have the undivided attention of the staff at this time. This is usually between 12.30-2pm.
